Three year starter at Indianapolis Washington…All city senior year…three year letterman at Hanover…40 year coaching career included Linden, Seeger, Brazil, Shortridge, Jennings County, Bloomington South, and Southport…won 539 games..won more sectionals than any other coach in the history of Southport (8 titles)…coached Southport to State Finals in 1990…coached in the first Hall of Fame Classic in1977 at Butler Fieldhouse and also in the 1991 Hall of Fame Classic at New Castle…received eight coach of the year awards.
